By booking with Fresh & Sparkly, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We’re a small Mom & Pop business that values honesty, safety, and respect — these policies help keep things fair for everyone.
1. Right to Refuse Service
Fresh & Sparkly reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time, for any reason — including unsafe conditions, disrespectful behavior, or inappropriate requests.
2. “Thrills” Policy
We will turn down any property or area that is excessively dirty, unsanitary, or unsafe (“thrills”) at the client’s cost.
3. Behavior Policy
Violent, aggressive, threatening, or abusive behavior or language will not be tolerated. If such behavior occurs, service will end immediately, and full payment will be retained.
4. Arrival and Access
We’ll contact you upon arrival. If we are not let in or contacted within 10 minutes, we will leave and keep the payment for the scheduled service.
5. No Refunds
All bookings and payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fresh & Sparkly and its representatives are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury that may occur before, during, or after service — including to property, belongings, or materials.
7. Dishwashing Limitations
Dishwashing applies only to items that fit within the sink and dishwasher. Any excess items will not be handled.
By scheduling a cleaning service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
